What does the role offer?

Tingstad is a strong family business with roots in Gothenburg. Customers are found in many different industries – the restaurant industry, trade, and grocery retail to name a few.

In 2024, the turnover was approximately 3.5 billion SEK.

The business consists of nearly 550 passionate employees stationed in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The headquarters and logistics center are located in Gothenburg.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a few years of sales experience who is results-oriented, business-driven, and motivated to achieve clear goals. You enjoy taking initiatives, structuring your day, and driving your work forward with a focus on results. Your greatest drive is to acquire new business, and you know how to lead a customer dialogue all the way to closure. You are skilled at adapting your approach and communication based on the situation and customer, and you feel comfortable meeting different types of decision-makers.

Your positive attitude allows you to handle setbacks constructively and see them as a natural part of sales. You are curious, persistent, and have a genuine interest in business and relationships. At the same time, you are a humble team player who values collaboration and team spirit as an obvious part of everyday life. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and you thrive best in customer-facing situations, where you can make a real difference.

Experience in sales towards HORECA and/or similar industries is a plus.
