We are now looking for a matching coach who will be based in Västerås but will also cover Eskilstuna as a work area.
About the position
As a matching coach, you will work alongside your colleagues in our various assignments within matching/recruitment in Eskilstuna and Västerås.
In your role, you will guide and match job seekers to jobs or further studies. You are driven by working with people from different backgrounds and needs, and you see solutions for individuals. You should be motivated by goals, follow-ups, and results. You must have a deep knowledge of the local labor market, educational structures, study financing, and the laws and regulations that apply to unemployment. Establishing business contacts is natural for you and something you find both enjoyable and challenging. You seize every opportunity to establish a connection.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, motivated, and engaged with others. We believe you may have worked in a government agency or within the municipality in similar roles. You are also well-versed in interview techniques and HR issues. You are a relationship builder, with a strong emphasis on relationship building, with experience in job matching. For you, good management is important, and you document and follow up while working according to effective processes to help a person change their situation.
Requirements
You must also have post-secondary education and experience through one of the following options:
Approved competence for coaches according to option 1 or option 2.
Option 1
- University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.
Option 2
Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
- Leadership with personnel responsibility.
- Recruitment.
- Transition work for job seekers.
- Study and career guidance.
- Handling of personnel issues (not just personnel administration). - Work with labor and labor market issues.
- Work with social and group psychology.
- Career guidance.
