Property Caretaker in Sundsvall - Seasonal Employment

KlaraBo is a property company that acquires, constructs, owns, and manages attractive housing. The company was founded in 2017 and operates nationwide. We are a long-term property owner managing approximately 6700 apartments across the country with 70 employees. KlaraBo is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

As a seasonal property caretaker, you will be part of our management organization that performs operations and maintenance of our properties in Sundsvall. You will closely collaborate with the property technicians working within the property portfolio.

You enjoy technical tasks mixed with classic property maintenance. Typical tasks include ongoing property maintenance, repairs, cleaning, gardening, and service. In short, everything needed to care for our properties, areas, and tenants in the best possible way.

You are technically inclined and a problem solver with a strong work ethic. You are resilient under stress and possess a strong sense of responsibility and organization. You have good social skills and are service-oriented, as the job involves a lot of contact with both tenants and suppliers.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
