We are looking for an experienced procurement consultant who can support a municipality in the work of investigating and implementing an RFI (Request for Information) related to the purchase of meal boxes and food within support and care. The RFI aims to provide a clearer market picture and strengthen the decision-making basis for a possible subsequent procurement.

The assignment includes both strategic and operational procurement support and involves close collaboration with the organization throughout the process – from preparation to completion.

• Plan, execute, and document an RFI.
• Analyze incoming responses and present conclusions and recommendations.
• Conduct the procurement process according to LOU/LUK upon decision to continue.
• Support the purchasing organization throughout the process, from preparation to completed delivery.

• At least 5–10 years of experience in procurement.
• Documented experience of procurement according to LOU and LUK.
• Experience from at least one similar assignment in the last 5 years.
• You have been actively involved in the reference assignment.

• Experience from assignments in healthcare, care, or municipal operations.
