ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of SDR (Sales Development Representative), you are the first and perhaps most important contact with our future customers. You play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline for our sales team. We are looking for someone who can understand and explain relatively complex services in a simple way; you don't need to be a technical expert, but you want to understand and learn more. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve common goals by booking qualified meetings and holding demos with potential customers. This role is suitable for you if you are curious about IT and software and enjoy interacting with different people. Furthermore, you are driven by working towards clear goals! Your efforts will be a vital part of our organization in finding new business opportunities. This position is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, but you will be employed directly by Visionera.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
As an SDR, you are responsible for proactively identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. Your main goal is to generate interest and book qualified meetings for the sales team, which is crucial for the company's growth. You will, for example:
- Contact potential customers and conduct outbound calls where you present the service clearly and convincingly
- Conduct needs analysis and ask relevant questions during the calls
- Identify the next steps in the dialogue (demo, meeting, follow-up)
- Schedule meetings/demos
- Document dialogue, needs, and context in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive
Your responsibilities will largely be guided by your own development focus, which may lead to more responsibility over time. With successful collaboration, we see that you can take on the role of Account Executive with us in the future!
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages may be used in the work.
- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Have experience working with the phone as your primary tool and making outbound calls.
- Can work independently and in a team.
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience in IT and systems understanding
- Education in IT, technology, or economics
- Practical experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
- The ability to quickly learn new products and services.
- Knowledge of prospecting techniques.
