This is a role for those who enjoy making deals, like to make things happen, and want to work closely with customers to help lead Sweden's electricity market towards more sustainable and climate-smart solutions with one of the largest brands in the Nordics backing you. About the role:
In the role of Sales Associate, you are a business-driven and communicative person. You will work with sales over the phone, where you are responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact and needs analysis to presenting solutions, closing deals, and follow-up. You will have daily dialogues with customers and build long-term relationships through trust, clear advice, and business acumen.
You will work systematically with prospecting, follow-up, and engaging both new and existing customers with the phone as your primary tool. The role gives you a lot of responsibility but also close collaboration with colleagues, team leaders, and support functions to ensure high quality in the business.

Your responsibilities:
· Work with sales towards new and existing customers
· Conduct needs analysis and present relevant solutions based on customer needs
· Drive the entire sales process from first contact to deal closure and follow-up
· Build and develop long-term customer relationships through professional dialogue and advice
· Work goal-oriented towards clear sales and activity targets
· Document and follow up on deals in the CRM system
· Collaborate with colleagues, team leaders, and support functions to ensure high quality in delivery
· Contribute to the team's development through engagement, feedback, and good sales discipline
Your profile:
· You are driven, goal-oriented, and enjoy working towards clear results
· You have a natural drive on the phone and are comfortable making the first contact
· You are attentive and communicative, with the ability to quickly understand customer needs
· You work systematically and take personal responsibility for your performance and development
· You are motivated by deals, relationships, and the opportunity to influence your own salary
· You are persistent, unpretentious, and see every call as an opportunity
· You thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute energy and team spirit to the team
· Experience in sales, customer contact, or phone-based work is an advantage – but the right attitude is valued the most
