The nursing unit is part of the municipal primary care and has 3 area offices on Orust. In the evening, at night, and on weekends, we operate from our office located centrally in Henån.

We work for patients in ordinary housing, in SÄBO (special housing), and LSS housing. Teamwork occurs together with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and unit managers. We have a good working climate with wonderful colleagues who help and support each other.

Your tasks

We offer a varied, stimulating, and independent job with us here in Orust as we need to increase our basic staffing due to the close care concept. Here, community and the opportunity to work closely with the operations are offered, which makes it easier to be an important part of the whole.

The work as a nurse is multifaceted with both planned and acute patient visits where you are responsible for making independent assessments and leading and performing medical interventions. You plan measures, conduct follow-ups, manage medications and medical technical equipment, and assist in the doctor's authority exercise. In the work as a nurse, you make a significant difference, and since the assignment involves a lot of collaboration, knowledge sharing and creating good contacts are a large part of the work, where advising and delegating to nursing staff is also included.

Cooperative healthcare is part of our work where we perform IVPA assignments (In Waiting for Ambulance), assistance assignments from MÄVA, health center, ambulance, and home care, as well as assignments from 1177.

We document in the journal system Procapita and develop our digital opportunities where digital signing via SignIt and keyless solutions via Homecare apps are part of the result. E-companion is our scheduling system.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse and who wishes for an independent job where freedom and responsibility go hand in hand - and where colleagues are nearby for security and support. We would like you to be interested in LSS/psychiatry.

If you have a couple of years of experience in the profession, it is an advantage, as well as experience in working with the elderly and palliative care or experience in care for patients with significant medical support.

Previous experience in municipal care is advantageous but not a requirement.

You have good IT skills and good communication skills and master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are stable, secure, and empathetic, and you have the ability to adapt to different situations and changing circumstances. You are structured and can plan and organize your work effectively. You collaborate well with others and enjoy teamwork. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Other information:

Working hours/duration: Temporary position until 270831, day, evening, and every 4th weekend. Full-time.

Salary: Individual salary setting.

Start date: By agreement.

Driver's license: A B driver's license is required as a car is used as a means of transport in the service.
