Logistics Coordinator in Gothenburg

About the Position

The tasks commonly associated with our assignments in the supply chain include:

• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics and/or packaging flows to ensure efficient and cost-effective deliveries
• Responsibility for transport, delivery precision, inventory flows, and contact with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers
• Development, optimization, and quality assurance of packaging solutions focusing on functionality, cost, sustainability, and legal requirements
• Collaboration with internal functions such as purchasing, production, quality, marketing, and sales
• Management of documentation, systems, specifications, and reporting of key performance indicators
• Work on continuous improvements, cost savings, and process efficiency
• Project management related to product launches, changes in flows, or new packaging solutions

About You

We are looking for someone with a university degree in logistics or a related field, along with some years of work experience in the area. If you have completed an internship or a master's thesis in a relevant field, that is also of interest. You should have fluent language skills in Swedish and English. Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
