About the role

We are looking for someone who is positive, service-minded, and enjoys taking responsibility in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with both colleagues and the stores in the shopping center and be a vital part of ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is suitable for you who enjoy varied tasks, are flexible, and like to help out where needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods at the loading dock/central reception.

• Receiving control: checking off, scanning, and registering deliveries.

• Sort goods by store/recipient in the shopping center.

• Deliver goods to stores inside the shopping center safely and under pressure.

• Handle and report discrepancies (damages, wrong deliveries).

• Collaborate with store staff and others in the logistics team for an efficient flow.

• Having a sports background and being an active athlete is highly meritorious.

• Detail-oriented and like order.

• A person who enjoys moving around and staying active.

• Friendly, helpful, and good at collaborating.

• Used to taking responsibility and solving small problems as they arise.

• Comfortable using basic technology (scanner/computer).

If you have worked in warehousing or logistics before, that’s great, but it’s not a requirement.

Location: Stockholm Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (working hours may vary) weekdays (weekends may occur)
