Position: Part-time employment as needed.

Start date: 2026-01-19 or by agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

We are now looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Hemma Göteborg Tuve, who can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you who are studying or have another occupation and want to work a little more. Many of our current employees started with a part-time job – a great opportunity to try working in a store! The position simply means that you contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience.

Here’s a bit more about the position

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations in the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You will ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will assist our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.
• You will help our customers find what they need and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.

• You want to learn new things and develop.
• You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• It’s a plus if you have worked in a store or in service, but previous work experience is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
