Through a methodical, long-term, and goal-oriented approach, you contribute to strengthening the residents' abilities, participation, and influence in their daily lives. Together with the residents, you create a safe home environment and a meaningful everyday life. You assist in creating a secure and clear daily routine, social interactions, and various leisure activities, as well as practical tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care/intimate hygiene. You will also assist with medication management according to applicable routines.
The responsibilities also include administrative tasks such as planning support measures, establishing structure support, documentation, and creating implementation plans and action plans. Follow-up and evaluation of the work are a natural part of the operations, as is collaboration with other external actors.
- Co-planning occurs between our operations within Disability Care Services
- Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends
- Heavy lifting may occur, mobility aids should be used

You have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people, are calm, pedagogical, and responsible, and have a desire to share our values and actively work towards set goals.
Furthermore, you are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented, and are driven to work towards continuous improvements. We also desire engagement and openness to development work both in your own workplace and within the entire operational area. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
To communicate with residents and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and obtain medication delegation, you must have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
