We are looking for a temporary supervisor for Solåsen's day activity. You will work to create employment and work training to strengthen individuals' opportunities for development, meaningfulness, and community. Solåsen's day activity is located in central Pajala.

Temporary employment from 2026-02-01 to 2026-08-10 with possible extension.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The target group is individuals with disabilities, physical, mental, and cognitive. The interventions should be tailored to individual needs and with significant participation from the person involved. Care work, documentation, and responsibilities related to the needs of the operation.

• The operation aims to provide meaningful employment and work training focusing on strengthening, developing, and in some cases preserving the participants' activity and work capacity.
• Your tasks include structured and process-oriented supervision. You will guide, motivate, develop, and support individuals who have decisions regarding daily activities.
• Each participant has an individual development plan for interventions for personal development. The aim is to develop the participant's skills through an active and conscious approach towards a clearly formulated goal.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for someone with a high school education, for example, a nursing assistant or educational training such as a preschool teacher.
• Experience in supervision within LSS or social psychiatry is an advantage.
• The assignment is multifaceted, and practical knowledge for the operation is desirable. If you have experience or knowledge in various crafts and recycling such as sewing, carpentry, or nature conservation, it is a plus.
• Knowledge of sign communication and conversation methodology or other relevant skills needed for our operation is considered an advantage.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We are looking for someone who sees the potential and opportunities in the individuals you meet.
• You are motivated to support and lead people towards development.
• Your commitment and positive attitude permeate your supervisory role.
• You have good social and communicative skills and are secure and clear in your role as a supervisor.
• The work requires flexibility and the ability to change working methods based on individual needs.
• You have good collaboration skills and the ability to structure and plan work.
• You should be comfortable communicating in Swedish and have experience documenting in various data systems.
