I am a social and cheerful wheelchair-bound woman in my 50s living in my own apartment in Bjästa, about 20 kilometers south of Örnsköldsvik, and I have assistance around the clock.

I am now looking for several substitutes who can work both scheduled shifts and sometimes on short notice.

You who are applying should be someone who enjoys doing things, going for walks, going to the movies, or other activities. I would like you to be a forward-thinking, cheerful, and positive person who can take your own initiatives. Since my disability is extensive, I prefer that you have experience in personal assistance, but personal suitability weighs the heaviest.

As a person, I believe you are responsible and attentive, have an easy time collaborating with others, and enjoy contributing to creating a meaningful and rich life for another person.

I need help with everything in my daily living. This includes personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, household chores, transfers, and other tasks that arise in everyday life. I also need help with communication as I cannot speak, and it is important that you are attentive and aware of what I need. It is essential that you speak fluent Swedish as you will assist me with communication.

We would like you to start the introduction with me as soon as possible, so do not wait until the last application date.

The job requires that you have good physical condition as there are some lifts involved, even though lifting aids are available. It is important that you can work both days and evenings/nights on both weekdays and weekends and are diligent about keeping time. During the nights, there are certain hours of waiting time when you help as needed. If you do not live in the local area, you will need a car and a driver's license to be able to meet the work hours.

Our offices are located in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Västerås, Östersund, and Umeå. The goal of our operations is for our customers to be able to live as independently as possible. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Vacation pay, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are included according to the agreement.
