Your tasks

You assist and support our care recipients with personal care, transfers, meals, and service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping. You document in our systems and collaborate with colleagues to provide the best possible support.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and has an easy time collaborating.
• Has a professional demeanor characterized by respect and empathy.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and is computer literate.
• Is at least 18 years old at the start of employment.
• Has a B driver's license and/or can cycle (for certain positions).

Meritorious: If you have education or experience in care, it is meritorious, as well as completed online training in Dementia ABC and the ability to work the entire summer.

Conditions

• Temporary summer employment, limited duration during the period June–August 2026.
• Working hours: varying, day/evening/night, and every other weekend.
• Temporary employment, submit your availability in Time Care Pool. You will be booked for shifts via SMS and must be able to report to the workplace within 30 minutes of receiving a booking.
• Start date according to agreement.

• Valid ID at the interview (any of the following): - Swedish regular passport (temporary passport is not valid as identification). - Swedish national ID card. - Swedish driver's license. - Swedish SIS-marked ID card. - Identity card for residents in Sweden.
• To work with us, you must have the right to work in Sweden (work permit). You can have this through Swedish citizenship, citizenship in the EU/EES or Switzerland, or a valid residence or work permit. You need to be able to present valid documents that support this.
