Service Technician at Pirtek Sweden AB

Pirtek Sweden AB specializes in mobile manufacturing of hydraulic hoses on-site. We assist our customers in Stockholm, Mälardalen, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Borås, Malmö, Helsingborg, Linköping, and Norrköping and have completed over 100,000 assignments since 2008.

We are in an expansion phase and need to add technicians in Stockholm. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service who loves to tinker and fix things.

Working with us

Pirtek Sweden AB is part of Pirtek Europe, which operates in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, England, Scotland, and Ireland with a total of 800 service vans and 200 centers. Pirtek as a whole is currently the world's largest service van company. In Sweden, we are about 30 people and have our headquarters in Danderyd, Stockholm.

Pirtek has grown significantly in Sweden in recent years, and we intend to continue this growth. We are a service organization where people, of course, are the most important component.

Our vision is to be the customer's first choice for mobile manufacturing of hydraulic hoses.

The Role

As a service technician at Pirtek Sweden AB, you will work with a strong operational focus and participate in the daily work of mobile manufacturing of hydraulic hoses. A key focus in the role is to exceed customer expectations with well-executed work and excellent communication.

You will work with tasks such as;

• Manufacturing and replacing hydraulic hoses on various vehicles, objects, or facilities.
• Performing preventive work for customers to minimize the risk of downtime.
• Conducting customer care efforts independently and/or together with other representatives from the company.
• On-call work, meaning our service technicians are part of a rotating on-call schedule every day of the year.
• The assigned service van is your own workplace.

• Experience with hydraulics is a strong advantage.

To succeed in this role, good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form are required due to the tasks, customer contact, and the ability to read and understand instructions.
