Job Description

Our client is looking to strengthen their team with a Pega Developer to deliver on prioritized initiatives during 2025. The team is working on developing a product that facilitates assessment and planning of support for individuals. The team consists of 17 employees who together are responsible for a product that helps users effectively and legally identify what support is needed and clarify the next steps. The product plays a central role in the information exchange between users, the organization, and external actors. The team works with automation, data-driven solutions, and follows an agile working method closely with users. The purpose of the product is to simplify the work for caseworkers and provide individuals with a clear and legally secure path forward. The product is developed with a focus on high quality and user-friendliness. The client prioritizes innovation and continuous improvement to meet the needs of the organization and users.

As a Pega Developer, you take great responsibility for your performance and delivery. You will be part of an agile development team responsible for the entire process from idea to development and follow-up of digital solutions. You will work with both new development and operations. You are a curious, innovative team player who thrives in agile teams and drives your deliveries independently. You enjoy dynamic environments and have the ability to create and participate in both formal and informal networks to find solutions and share knowledge. You are driven by constantly developing yourself and your deliveries. You enjoy sharing your knowledge but also learning from others to develop yourself. You are willing to work cross-functionally and assist colleagues as needed with, for example, requirements analysis and testing.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Meet Competence Level 3
• Be certified PCSSA or higher
• Have at least 5 years of work experience as SSA
• Have practical work experience in development in Pega system implementations
• Have worked in a development initiative in PEGA involving multiple developers
• Work experience with APIs/integrations and deployment
• Work experience with relational databases such as SQL
• Work experience applying Pega best practices such as
• Component architecture for reuse
• Practical work experience with SAFe or Scrum
• Have good communication skills in Swedish or English, both spoken and written

Desirable Requirements:

• Have a badge in Infinity 23 or higher
• Have certification in SAFe or Scrum
• Have knowledge of ActiveMQ
• Have knowledge of Kibana
• Have knowledge in Jira & Confluence
