The Operations unit in Sollefteå is an elective surgical department with some acute orthopedic focus. We are 25 employees consisting of operating room nurses, anesthetists, and nursing assistants working in surgical teams. We are a small, well-functioning unit with a tailored work schedule. We offer our new employees a solid and interesting onboarding.

We are now looking for a nursing assistant for the Operations department in Sollefteå! The employment is a temporary position from 2024-11-01 to 2025-11-01.

Nursing Assistant for the Operations Department, Sollefteå

Job Responsibilities

The work as a nursing assistant in the operating department involves assisting during surgeries and helping the operating room nurse with preparing instruments, setting up, positioning the patient, maintaining the operating room, and being available during anesthesia and recovery of patients.

The work is very varied, and you must be prepared to quickly switch to other tasks. Working hours are scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday, and on-call duty may occur.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid nursing assistant education
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
