Avaron is looking for a senior solution architect for an assignment within data and analytics in a larger organization in the healthcare sector. You will be a central part of development projects and procurements where you ensure that solutions are designed and delivered according to business strategy, requirements, and relevant regulations. The role involves close collaboration with other architects, business, and IT to minimize delivery risks and maximize the value of the solution.

• Drive and coordinate architectural work in a team within data and analytics
• Participate in workshops for process and information mapping together with the business
• Conduct information classification and risk analyses
• Model and analyze architecture diagrams and consolidate documentation in the area
• Work with IT requirements management and translate needs into technical solution proposals
• Collaborate with domain architects and enterprise architects
• Cooperate with teams within integration and infrastructure

• At least 10 years of experience as an IT architect with a focus on modeling
• Relevant university or college degree in IT/computer science or equivalent
• Solid experience in architectural work in roles such as IT architect, solution architect, and/or system architect
• Documented experience in architectural roles
• Experience and good understanding of information and data architecture
• Very good experience in requirements gathering/requirements dialogue and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with agile methods and iterative deliveries
• Experience applying frameworks/methods (e.g., SAFe, TOGAF) and architecture tools
• Ability to handle customer and client dialogue professionally
• Clear leadership and very good communication skills in a complex environment
• Enjoys a driving role and can work independently
• Very good ability to document and present in Swedish
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• TOGAF certification
• SAFe certification
• Experience in public sector
• Experience in projects within the healthcare sector
• Previous work with healthcare applications
