At Maxkompetens, we are looking for a Technical Operator for permanent day shifts at Emballator in Växjö.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Technical Operator, you will, together with your colleagues, ensure efficient production while meeting our high-quality standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and managing injection molding machines and assembly machines, including ongoing operation of our machinery, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and basic maintenance.
• Regularly checking and ensuring that the final products meet the high-quality standards.
• Actively participating in the organization’s improvement and efficiency efforts.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical interest who wants to work in the manufacturing industry. You do not need extensive work experience, but it is an advantage if you have worked in a production environment before or have basic knowledge of machines and technical equipment. The most important thing for us is that you are curious and willing to develop in your work. We believe you are a person with a great interest in how things work and that you are driven to learn new methods and processes. It is important that you are a positive person who communicates easily with others.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have a good ability to plan and structure your own work. You enjoy working both independently and with the other 5 operators on the day shift, where everyone helps and supports each other.

To be considered for this position, you need to have:

• Very good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience in warehouse or production systems is an advantage.
