YOIK AB is a company with its own production of tobacco-free snus in Gransholm outside Växjö. We have built our factory and operations to be climate-smart from the ground up. We produce several different brands, including HELWIT. The launch has been very successful, and the reception from consumers has been extremely positive. We are now expanding our operations and through Montico, we are looking for more staff for our production.

About the position

New production workers are now being sought for the Helwit production at Gransholm's factory in Gemla. In your role, your main tasks will consist of:

• Producing the right product at the right time and in the right quantity
• Refilling the machine with materials
• Inspection/control
• Packing
• Cleaning the machine/surrounding areas in production

Job description

You should be a flexible, creative multitasker with core values where the team comes before the individual. You will work in production with the manufacturing of tobacco-free snus. Refilling, inspection/control, and packing are included in your tasks.

We are looking for someone who

It is considered an advantage if you have previously worked in a manufacturing environment and/or warehouse. You should be flexible regarding working hours. You hold a B driver's license. The working hours are two shifts or night shifts, Monday to Friday. The position starts at Montico for leasing to YOIK AB with the possibility of future employment at YOIK AB.
