About the Position

The position is a temp-to-perm recruitment through Montico, where the right person may be offered direct employment with the client.

If you are selected for the position, you will undergo a welding validation during the recruitment process.

Job Description

You will work in one of the welding teams at the company. The work can be physically demanding, but the work environment is a key factor that is constantly being improved. The work is structured to meet set production goals, which places high demands on your own efforts. The working hours are scheduled for 2-shift.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant high school or vocational education or equivalent experience
• Licensed welding competence is an advantage
• Experience in Mig/Mag welding in the manufacturing industry, preferably with thicker materials
• Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working both in a group and independently
• Is interested in continuous improvements and has good initiative
