Department 25 is looking for a positive and committed nursing assistant with an interest in varied work. You may have both long and short experience.

The obstetrics and gynecology area operates at Örebro University Hospital, Lindesberg and Karlskoga hospitals. We actively work to develop research in women's health care. At Örebro University Hospital, there is an obstetric section with specialist maternal care and fetal diagnostics, a delivery ward, and postnatal care. The gynecological section provides outpatient, inpatient, and emergency gynecological care. There is also a fertility unit and an operating room.

Örebro University Hospital (USÖ) is one of the three acute hospitals in the county where we provide advanced medical care, research, and education. In both 2020 and 2019, USÖ received the prestigious award for Best University Hospital from Dagens Medicin. Department 25 is a care department where patients are cared for during pregnancy or after the baby is born. With us, you will work in an exciting environment and in close collaboration with other professional categories. We have a learning and permissive atmosphere. As a nursing assistant, you will be part of a work team where commitment, responsibility, and team spirit are valued. We work family-focused around the newborn child. On the ward, midwives, nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors work together.

We also collaborate with Department 23, which also cares for postnatal patients. As a nursing assistant, you will be able to work with postnatal patients there as well.
