Then we might have the job for you! We are looking for a Health Consultant/Receptionist at Nacka RehabCenter.

At Nacka RehabCenter, all outpatient rehabilitation is gathered under one roof in well-equipped facilities that include a therapy pool, gym, gymnasiums, and a training kitchen. In addition to primary care rehabilitation, including a neuro team, chiropractor, and naprapath, we provide specialized physiotherapy in sports medicine, cardiovascular diseases, mental health, pain, OMT, and neurology. We have many professional categories, and some rehabilitation is done in teams. There is a unique opportunity to collaborate with many specialists in the same clinic. We have our own research and development group. Good public transport connections. We are a cheerful team of 70 people.

Job Responsibilities:

The main tasks will be cashier/reception work, administrative tasks, and working in Tele-Q. The job also includes ordering goods and some handling of assistive devices. Laundry and cleaning may occur.

Working Hours:

Part-time, 50%. The work is during the day, and we apply flexible working hours.

Qualifications:

• 1-year health education / nursing assistant.
• Experience in cashier/reception work within health care or wellness.
• Driving license B.
• Computer skills.
• Experience with Tele-Q and Take Care.
• Swedish language skills corresponding to at least C1 level.

To fit the role of Health Consultant/Receptionist with us, it is important that you are flexible in your working methods and have a good ability to work independently as well as in a team. You should also be interested in developing the business together with us and not afraid of new challenges or taking initiative where needed. You should have the ability to see both your part and the whole. You must be able to handle many cases simultaneously.

Employment Form:

Specific fixed-term employment: As soon as possible until 2026-04-01. Likely extension. The position is filled on the condition that it does not need to be allocated for internal relocation, according to current regulations.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County healthcare area:
