About the assignment

The client was involved in a car accident a few years ago and has sustained brain injuries and physical injuries as a result. He lives alone in an apartment centrally located in Täby, but has relatives nearby whom he enjoys meeting. He has a great interest in sports and cars and is very focused on his rehabilitation to achieve the best possible recovery. He is currently wheelchair-bound, but he has a strong will and determination to walk again in the future.

We are now looking for assistants who want to be part of this man's rehabilitation journey and help him achieve the best possible recovery. As a personal assistant, you will be an important part of his daily life and his ongoing rehabilitation. We are looking for someone who is interested in supporting him both physically and mentally in his journey towards increased function and quality of life.

Your tasks may include:

• Support with transfers and training
• Assistance with personal hygiene and daily activities
• Active participation in rehabilitation exercises and training
• General support in daily life

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in training and rehabilitation (experience in this area is a plus)
• Is patient, attentive, and has a positive attitude
• Is responsible and committed to helping others
• Has experience or is interested in working as a personal assistant (experience in the field is an advantage but not a requirement)
• Is flexible and can adapt to different tasks and situations

Working hours

We are looking for a person for a position of about 50% who is also open to stepping in during the absence of regular staff.

Shifts mainly apply during weekends, but weekdays may also occur. Working hours may vary, and some examples of times are:

• 6:00 PM - 9:00 AM (7-hour on-call duty applies)
• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
