We are looking for several junior production planners/production engineers for an operation within the defense industry. The role involves many cross-functional interfaces and close collaboration between design and production in both new construction and modernization projects. You will be an important part of the work throughout the different phases of the projects and have the opportunity to contribute throughout the product's lifecycle.

• Collaborate with engineers and functions such as purchasing, design, and production to ensure an efficient production flow.
• Develop production calculations, construction methodology, and assembly order, including geometric assurance.
• Conduct make/buy assessments and prepare documentation related to this.
• Work with production aids and fixtures.
• Perform design analyses related to production.
• Prepare work orders and manufacturing documentation.
• Contribute to planning for effective production implementation considering the facility's equipment and processes.

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, marine design, or equivalent experience from the workforce.
• Good communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of your contributions.
• Persistence and willingness to continuously improve and develop work methods.
• Strong technical interest and a curious approach.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience from the marine industry, process industry, or manufacturing industry in areas such as steel, machining, or surface treatment.
• Experience from large-scale and complex development projects.
• Technical project management or coordination within process or product development.
• Experience in design and development of production documentation.
