We are looking for two investment project managers who want to drive and coordinate investments related to production capabilities and production facilities in a manufacturing industrial environment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from planning to implementation and commissioning, focusing on timelines, budgets, and procurement. You will work closely with a project team of experienced production engineers, buyers, and controllers, ensuring progress, clear priorities, and effective collaboration.

The assignment has a clear connection to investments in production equipment and production facilities, with a focus on sheet metal production and related areas.

• Lead and follow up investments against timelines and budgets
• Lead, allocate, and coordinate work within the project team
• Coordinate investment documentation for investment approval
• Plan and lead the implementation and commissioning of new equipment and production capabilities

• Experience with large and medium-sized investment projects
• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• Experience with investments in production facilities and production equipment related to sheet metal production, such as welding, cutting, sheet metal forming/processing, and surface treatment
• Experience in production technology work
• Experience with business systems such as Aveva ERM and Hansa
