We are now looking for CNC Operators at Nammo in Karlsborg – become part of the future of technology production!

Are you curious about advanced technology, machines, and precision work? We are looking for several dedicated CNC Operators for Nammo's technical department in Karlsborg – a central function responsible for service, technical services, and manufacturing.

Your role

As a Tool Worker you will be an important part of a competent team that manufactures and repairs tools, spare parts, and machine components for Nammo's advanced production. Their machine workshop is a key function – and now it is growing.

You will have a varied and developing role with tasks such as:

• CNC-controlled machining: turning, milling, and grinding (flat grinding, cylindrical grinding, internal grinding)

• Programming and setting of CNC machines

• Tool grinding, hardening, and sinking spark erosion

• Operator maintenance and daily care of machines

Who are we looking for?

If you enjoy problem-solving, are meticulous, and have a genuine technical interest, you will thrive here. You do not need to be an expert – with the right drive and technical foundation, Nammo will teach you the rest.

We would like you to be:

• Responsible, punctual, and engaged

• Comfortable working both independently and in a team

We would like you to have:

• CNC education, green certificate, or equivalent experience

• Workshop experience or industrial background

• Forklift license (A)

• Experience in CAM programming

• Knowledge of reading drawings or measurement technology

• Have worked in a digital reporting system

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
