Your role with us

As a system developer at SweProd Graphics, you will:

• Further develop and maintain internal and external systems with a focus on user-friendliness and business benefits
• Work with backend, frontend, and/or fullstack solutions, depending on projects and interests
• Implement AI-based solutions and automations that streamline workflows, decision support, and production
• Help drive digitalization and technical innovation in a modern industrial operation
• Work closely with the business to identify needs and translate them into smart system solutions
• Influence more than just systems – your drive and competence contribute to development in several parts of the company

This is a role for you who want to build, improve, and think outside the box – not just maintain.

We believe you have

• Experience in system development within backend, frontend, or fullstack
• Good knowledge of one or more programming languages
• A strong interest in – or experience with – AI, machine learning, automation, or data-driven solutions
• Experience in web design and user interfaces with a focus on structure, UX, and usability
• The ability to work independently but also thrive in close collaboration with colleagues in different parts of the business
• A solution-oriented mindset and a desire to continuously improve and develop

Practical information

The position is based at our office in Visby, in the same premises as our factory.
