JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of nursing leader, you will work to maintain quality and ensure competence within elderly care. You will primarily work to introduce, guide, and support nursing staff in their daily work. You will also work closely with unit managers to jointly identify areas for development within our operations. You will have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and become an important part of the work to ensure the quality of care and contribute to high-quality healthcare.
Working hours are scheduled during the day and encompass 40 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to elderly care who wants to be an inspiring role model in the healthcare profession. As a person, you have a clear pedagogical approach and the ability to create and maintain good relationships with both staff and users. You are attentive and can express yourself clearly, both verbally and in writing, and actively contribute to a positive work climate. We value personal maturity through taking responsibility for your tasks and being able to make informed decisions even in challenging situations. You have the ability to see the whole picture and understand and work based on the overarching goals of the organization.
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in the healthcare profession. We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant or have other education or experience that the employer considers equivalent.
