Job Responsibilities

The tasks at our facility are varied, and you primarily work to provide care and support to individuals who cannot manage independently in their daily lives and situations. You will work in a team, and all work is based on the individual's needs, possibilities, and wishes. You will thus work with personal care, delegated health and medical tasks, mobilization and transfers, as well as social support and medication management. Documentation is an important task, and you are responsible for documenting in Combine according to the Social Services Act. There is room for growth both in your role and as a person with us. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility for various areas of the workplace and sees the importance of good communication with relatives. Here, that makes a difference every day!

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. Previous experience in care and nursing is particularly important for this position.

Furthermore, you should:

• have several years of experience in care and nursing
• have good digital competence
• be able to show approved grades in Swedish, at least equivalent to grade 9

It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant. As a person, you are secure, structured, and have a good ability to create and maintain relationships.
