We need to expand our team at IVAK and are looking for someone interested in emergency care and intensive care. We now offer a unique opportunity to become one of us. IVAK is part of the emergency care area and the Division of Medicine and Emergency Care.

We are looking for you who are an ICU nurse/nurse with good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. It is an advantage if you have experience in the profession, especially in intensive care. We are looking for someone who appreciates a varying pace where no day is the same. You are a secure and stable person, have good judgment, and possess empathetic abilities. As a person, you can adapt to varying situations and thrive in a changing environment, where the patient always comes first.

We place great importance on personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is flexible, stress-resistant, responsible, has a service mindset, and high collaboration skills. A strong work ethic is a must.

What you will work with

You will work independently and in a team to receive, assess, and manage acutely ill patients. You will also be part of the emergency team that supports the rest of the hospital. You will have the opportunity to rotate between intensive care and the emergency department. Patient focus and a holistic view of the patient permeate your work approach. We place great importance on education, development, and value-based work regarding patient processes and your personal development. The work is varied and involves advanced medical technology equipment.

Information about the position

We are looking for a full-time and permanent employee. Working hours are scheduled according to a rotation schedule for days, evenings, and nights.

Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
