About the position:

As an installer, you will go out to our private and corporate customers and install sun protection. This is primarily done together with another installer colleague. Our sun protection products are manufactured in-house, and we produce awnings, blinds, curtains, vertical, pleated, and roller blinds. Installation occurs for both indoor and outdoor products. Your work as an installer begins with a training period.

In the role of installer, you will closely collaborate with production staff, salespeople, and administration in our facilities in Mölndal. Currently, there are 6 installers working in the company, and we have a total of 21 employees. In our premises, we have a store where customers can see our products and get assistance. We strive for good cohesion among employees and therefore occasionally conduct team-building activities. We are affiliated with the collective agreement IF Metall Teknikavtalet.

The employment form is a special fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible, preferably immediately. We need staff until autumn 2026, but since we are a growing company, there are good opportunities for continued employment for the right person.

Working hours:

As an installer, you will work longer days during our peak season as this is when we have more to do.

Peak season:

Runs from week 12-39 (42-hour work week).

Monday-Thursday. 07:30-17:00 (30-minute break)

Fridays. 07:30-13:30 (No break)

Please note that the extra 2 hours worked per week are compensated by installers getting time off on a number of Fridays during the regular working period.

Regular working period:

Runs from week 40-11 (40-hour work week).

Monday-Thursday. 07:30-16:30 (30-minute break)

Fridays. 07:30-13:30 (No break)

On average per year, we work a normal full-time position according to IF Metall's collective agreement Teknikavtalet (working time reductions are placed around certain days).

In this position as an installer, we see it as a requirement that you, as an applicant, have a B driver's license and that you have basic knowledge of the Swedish language.

To do a good job, we believe you:

• Have experience working with screwdrivers and impact drills.
• Understand how a house is constructed, and preferably have fastening knowledge.
• Have good physical fitness and endurance since the job requires heavy lifting.
• Can work at heights.
• Have an interest in craftsmanship.

We consider the following as merits, but not requirements:

• Experience working with craftsmanship/carpentry.
• You have completed or are currently attending some type of construction or technical program.
• You hold lift certificates A1 and/or B1.

• You have good teamwork skills and can collaborate and communicate with different types of people, both colleagues and customers.
• You are willing to work and can take your own initiative.
• You can handle changes and are flexible.
