Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for Machine Operators for our client company operating in the wood industry. As a Machine Operator at the client company, your main tasks will include machine monitoring, inspection of products and quality control, replenishing materials, and some forklift driving. The work is scheduled in 2 shifts.

Background and Personal Qualities

The ideal candidate has a technical education at the high school level, preferably with a focus on wood technology. Alternatively, you may have work experience that the client company considers equivalent to the educational requirement. Since job descriptions are in Swedish, it is required that you speak and write Swedish fluently. The client company is located just outside Falköping, so a B driver's license and access to your own car are mandatory. A forklift license with B1 qualification is an advantage.

The job requires you to be a self-motivated person who is not afraid to ask for help if you encounter problems. After training, you will mostly work independently, which means you need to have a holistic perspective to manage the machine part you are responsible for in the best way. You should also have a strong interest in technology and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed!
