Job Description:

We are looking for a branch manager for our workshop in Växjö who wants to drive and develop local tire sales within the segments of PV- LV- Construction- & Agriculture/Forestry, as well as related services. As a branch manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the workshop and ensure that customers receive the best possible service. The role includes maintaining existing customer relationships as well as identifying new local business customers and private customers. A significant part of your work will be on the shop floor, hence it is required that you are familiar with all aspects of a tire workshop.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervision of workshop staff.
• Budget and financial responsibility for the workshop.
• Combine practical and administrative work.
• Administer and ensure that our support systems are used correctly.
• Ensure workplace safety and security in the workshop, prospect and acquire new customers, and increase sales.

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven and outgoing person with good social skills who is unafraid to contact new customers and is comfortable in customer meetings. You are a structured and responsible person who shows great commitment to your employees and customers. To succeed and thrive in this role, you have leadership experience and know how to motivate and support your team. Experience in sales to heavy vehicles is a requirement. Alternatively, you have been fully responsible for a workshop, service operation, or similar business where staff are central to customer service. We expect you to have basic knowledge of economics and good skills in the Office suite.
