ABOUT THE ROLE As an automation/industrial electrician, you play a central role in maintaining systems and production in top condition. It is a varied role with diverse tasks and good opportunities for both further education and future career opportunities.

Selection of responsibilities:

• Preventive and emergency maintenance: Ensure high availability in the machine park, both through immediate actions in case of faults and planned maintenance.
• Automation and programming: Work with and develop automated processes as well as handle PLC programming (experience with Rockwell Automation is an advantage).
• Projects and improvements: Participate in and lead projects for improvement work according to the PDCA methodology – where your technical knowledge comes into play.
• Training and knowledge sharing: Share your knowledge in automation and robotics by training your colleagues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operators, shift leaders, the maintenance department, and production management to optimize our processes.

The most common working hours are 2-shift: every other week Monday–Friday, every other week Monday–Thursday.

ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone with relevant education in electrical engineering and automation as well as experience in similar tasks. You have worked with both preventive and operator-driven maintenance and have experience documenting maintenance work.

As a person, you are attentive, engaged, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working both independently and in teams, and your working method is structured with a high-quality focus and a solution-oriented approach.
