TopWork is looking for a dedicated and technically interested maintenance mechanic for our client in Växjö!

We are now seeking a driven maintenance mechanic for our client in Växjö, who wants to help ensure smooth and efficient production. Are you a problem solver with technical curiosity and experience in machine maintenance? Then this could be your next challenge!

About the position:

As a maintenance mechanic, you will work with production support, troubleshooting, and repair of machines, as well as contribute to improvement work and the development of instructions and routines. You will play a central role in production and help prevent downtime, ensuring everything runs optimally.

To succeed in this role, you need to have experience or education in machine repair and maintenance, as well as broad knowledge in areas such as electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, CNC, and automation. Experience with 3D printing is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education or work experience in machine repair and maintenance.
• Possesses good knowledge in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, CNC, and automation.
• Is a team player who collaborates easily with colleagues.
• Is technically interested and adapts quickly to new challenges.
• Enjoys working on improvement efforts and constantly developing routines.

Job responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
• Create and improve instructions and routines for effective machine maintenance.
• Participate in improvement work to optimize the production process.

Working hours:

Depending on the client's needs, working hours may vary, and shift work with day, evening, and night shifts may occur.
