Blomsterfonden – For a Safer and Richer Life for the Elderly

Blomsterfonden is a non-profit organization that works to ensure that the elderly have a safe home, professional care, and a meaningful daily life.

We operate five senior residences with vibrant social communities, our own home care services, and four nursing homes where safe care is the focus. Our goal is to give elderly people a richer life – filled with community, compassion, and joy. Our work is permeated by our ethical values: humanity, participation, clarity, and honesty.

The association was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a special spirit emerged – the Blomsterfonden spirit – which still characterizes our operations today. We continue Alma's work by cherishing what is at the core of every human life: recognizing the individual's capacity, will, and emotional life.

Blomsterfonden also actively works to support relatives. We organize and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about the needs and living conditions of the elderly.

Do you want to make a difference? Become a Blomsterfondare!

We are now looking for dedicated colleagues to join our team at Blomsterfonden's care and nursing home at Tallgården.

You are a trained nursing assistant, and if you have experience in dementia care, it is particularly meritorious.

We offer a workplace that is welcoming, inclusive, and where your engagement makes a difference. Blomsterfonden's employees provide a safe home, dignified care, and loving support with a meaningful existence based on the individual needs of the elderly.

At Blomsterfonden, we work in a team around the resident and have relatives' representatives, supervisors, and representatives for ethics and interaction. You will be part of a team of nursing assistants with a group leader who is also a nurse as your closest supervisor.
