Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be our coordinator and administrative expert who enjoys working with and in systems, solving problems, and serving colleagues and suppliers. Today, we are 11 everyday heroes in the procurement team, and with us, you will develop in an environment that welcomes your ideas and thoughts. Without our services, Eskilstuna and Strängnäs would come to a standstill, which makes this work truly meaningful.

You will, among other things:

• Be the first line of support to the organization via email and phone.
• Work with contract extensions.
• Conduct supplier checks.

Education and Previous Experience

We would love to meet you if you describe yourself as service-oriented. You are quick to learn systems and systematic processes, enjoy collaborating, are curious, and want to develop. You have an ongoing education that we consider relevant, for example in law, political science, economics, or similar fields.
