We are looking for a driven and passionate sous chef to strengthen our kitchen team and help create a unique dining experience for our guests.

About Us

Täby Golf Club is a beautiful 18-hole course located between Täby and Vallentuna, next to Lake Vallentuna. We value quality, service, and community. Our clubhouse and restaurant is a heritage-listed farm from the late 1800s that is currently undergoing a complete renovation with a brand new restaurant kitchen. We are investing heavily in the restaurant and are therefore looking for a sous chef who can help create a new era for our business.

Responsibilities

As a sous chef at Täby Golf Restaurant, you will work closely with our head chef and share responsibility for:

- Managing service during lunch and à la carte

- Creating menus and prep lists

- Leading kitchen staff and delegating tasks

- Assisting with orders and purchases

- Contributing to the development of our kitchen

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience as an à la carte chef

- Creative and innovative

- Clear communication skills

- A driver's license and access to a car are required. It is not possible to reach the restaurant by public transport.

- Fluent in Swedish and English

About the Position

Initially a seasonal employment from April to October. There is a possibility for extension over, for example, Christmas dinners. Working hours are mostly afternoons and evenings on weekdays. We also expect you to be able to work some weekends (both lunch or dinner). The restaurant is open until 8 PM, every day of the week during the golf season.
