Your tasks

You work as a professional nursing assistant through a contact person role that provides security and continuity in care. We need employees who have good knowledge of the Social Services Act and are eager to develop the organization for the better every day. We work in teams with other professionals in the organization and expect you to contribute with your commitment and knowledge.
The work involves care and support for the elderly where the needs of the residents guide the daily tasks. We work with a rehabilitative approach so that the elderly can maintain their abilities. You want and strive for the resident to be the focus, and you seek to be curious about how good care is shaped in collaboration with relatives. You are the contact person for 1-2 residents, which also means that you have primary responsibility for the resident's implementation plan. You help and support residents with everything they need in their daily lives and create a meaningful everyday life based on the individual conditions and wishes described in the implementation plan. In your work, you are responsible for offering residents a social content in their daily lives. Social documentation and delegated health and medical care tasks are also part of your duties.

Requirements:
- Care and nursing program or nursing assistant education at Komvux, vocational school, or via distance education
- You master Swedish in speech and writing according to the CEFR scale level B2
- You are an experienced computer user and can document according to the Social Services Act
- Experience from elderly care and dementia in VoB housing is required

Meritorious:
- Experience working with the BPSD register
- Experience with Combine, APPVA

We offer you

Ljungbackens care and nursing home is a terraced three-story building. Here there are 60 apartments distributed over two floors. 33 apartments for nursing care and 27 apartments for dementia care
An apartment consists of a room with a French balcony, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Each residential group has a common living room, a large "farm kitchen" with access to a partially glazed balcony or terrace by the communal garden.
We have about 60 employees distributed across 6 residential groups
Ljungbacken is located at the edge of a forest area, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk from Järna commuter train station. Bus 784 connects to Södertälje and stops right below.
