Dental Nurse Wanted at Folktandvården Stockholm

At Folktandvården Stockholm, we are committed to improving the region's oral health through research and practical work.

With us, you will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, and as you improve, so does the public health of Stockholm. We call it dentistry with a good purpose.

Are you ready for a new and exciting challenge in dentistry?

We are now looking for an engaged and competent dental nurse for our orthodontic clinic in Sollentuna.

Your mission

As a dental nurse in Sollentuna's orthodontic department, you will work at the forefront of orthodontics in one of Sweden's most reputable clinics. You will be a key person in treatments ranging from advanced bite deviations to aesthetic orthodontics – for both children and adults. You will also be part of a strong network where some of the country's leading experts in orthodontics gather, and you will develop both professionally and personally in an inspiring environment.

With us, job satisfaction, quality, and development are always in focus. In our supportive community, we uplift each other and create good conditions for individual competence development. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to further educate as an orthodontic assistant.

In addition to the clinical work, there is good collaboration with our other orthodontic departments at Folktandvården, which makes knowledge exchange and development a natural part of the job.

What you need to succeed

You have completed dental nurse training and have at least 2 years of experience in the profession. For you, high-quality dental care is a given, and you have a professional demeanor towards both patients and colleagues. You have excellent communication skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and you have a strong interest in contributing to the development of the clinic's daily work. It is highly meritorious if you have worked with your own patients. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability for this role.

Folktandvården Stockholm also offers you various benefits such as:

  • Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK
  • Occupational pension
  • Salary exchange for pension
  • Extra vacation days for those over 40
  • Supplement during parental leave
  • Opportunity to be part of an incentive model
  • Free dental care
  • Subsidized medical care

Employment

Welcome with your application by February 8, 2026. The position is a permanent full-time employment. A probationary period may occur, and the start date will be agreed upon. Selection is ongoing. We will take references from your clinic manager if you have been/are employed with us.

Before the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must present a valid work permit or documentation showing that you are exempt from the requirement. A successful employment health check is also required to be considered for employment.
