We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified nurse
- Is used to working independently, is confident in your professional role, and is committed to providing good service and a positive experience
- Takes responsibility and enjoys challenges

- Has previous leadership experience
- Is articulate in both spoken and written communication
- Is solution-oriented and flexible
- Previous experience with vaccinations is an advantage
- Is comfortable with computer work
- Has language skills in Swedish and English
Your role as Regional Manager
As a Regional Manager, you will work independently in close collaboration with experienced doctors and nurses, HR, and the management team. You will lead and support the entire staff group and help develop the operations based on the organization's goals and vision.
Your responsibilities include staff and clinics in Stockholm, Eskilstuna, and Västerås. You will contribute to the organization with clear structures and financial awareness and are expected to maintain a close relationship with your employees, where you will drive and follow up on the daily work and planning.

Main tasks
Management and Planning:
- Develop and implement work plans with clear goals and milestones.
- Ensure high quality, work environment, hygiene, and safety at all clinics.
- Provide continuous instructions to employees and follow up on compliance with Svea Vaccin's policies
Communication and Consultation:
- Carry out any change work in consultation with the operational manager.
- Immediately inform management of any deficiencies in quality, hygiene, work environment, and safety.
Quality and Follow-up:
- Be responsible for identifying and addressing quality deficiencies.
- Regularly visit clinics to follow up on the work environment and interaction with customers.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure that routines and policies are followed and function as intended.
Marketing and Finance:
- Participate in marketing and financial activities for the clinics.
- Ensure that staff informs customers about available vaccines.
- Train staff and maintain contact with suppliers.
Personnel Management:
- Recruitment and staff development within the region in consultation with HR
- Plan and ensure effective onboarding
- Scheduling, approval & absence management
- Salary reviews & employee conversations
Please note that the position requires availability for schedule-based changes. Sick leave notifications on Saturday mornings are part of the role, and the responsibility has a rotating schedule shared among all regional managers.

Permanent position (6 months probationary period)
Extent: 100%
Location: Stockholm (travel may occur in the role)
