We now have an exciting opportunity to develop the maintenance organization in Landskrona with a role as a shift-based Maintenance Technician! Made for you!

As a Maintenance Technician in our factory in Landskrona, you will be part of an experienced team working on maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and improvements of the equipment. The role is varied and involves both planned and corrective maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting throughout the facility. You will receive a structured introduction during the day before transitioning to shift work.

The maintenance organization consists of 9 shift technicians, 4 day technicians, a coordinator, and a manager. We are now looking for a shift technician to meet our growing production.

The factory operates around the clock with a modern machine park, and significant investments are planned for 2026. We continuously work to improve and develop more proactive maintenance to ensure machine availability, functionality, and quality at the lowest lifetime cost within the frameworks of health, environment, and safety. You will work independently under your own responsibility in close collaboration with other colleagues both within and outside the team. You belong to the maintenance team and report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

• Daily work to ensure the operation of the installed machine park, Fu-roundings, root cause analyses, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Participate in the development of preventive maintenance with the aim of minimizing downtime and optimizing production quality

• Participate in the reconstruction and commissioning of new production lines

• Perform systematic troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation

• Train production staff in troubleshooting and simple measures

• Manage and develop the maintenance system

• Contribute to the development of maintenance plans

We believe you have worked in a similar role and have experience in performing and working with planned and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation.

• You have education at least at the high school level with a technical focus, preferably in electrical & automation, control & regulation technology, or automotive mechanics

• You have experience from the process industry, food industry, mechanical industry, or equivalent.

• If you also have electrical certification and experience in basic PLC programming, you are particularly interesting!

You speak and write in Swedish and understand English, and hold a driver's license. Forklift and/or lift certificates are advantageous.

You appreciate change and are motivated by a developing organization where you can contribute your experience and ideas to establish structure and routines for operational and maintenance work.
