The Anderslöv factory has a total of 30,000 square meters of production facilities with 23 profiling lines, and a punching and bending line from Salvagnini. Anderslöv processes 25,000 tons of steel and 550 tons of aluminum annually. The factory has about 70 employees, and its market areas include Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Western Europe, and the USA.

Maintenance Technician with Responsibility for CNC Turning

At the maintenance department at Ruukki, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the machines run smoothly and that problems are solved quickly and smartly. We work to ensure that production and property are both safe and efficient. At the same time, you will manufacture your own parts and components for production as well as for the company’s self-developed machines.

This is the job for you if you enjoy variety, technology, responsibility, and that satisfaction when something that was broken works again.About the roleYou will work in a smaller, close-knit maintenance team with varying workdays. You have independent responsibility for CNC turning within the maintenance department and work on our Mazak lathe from programming to finished detail, often in the form of single-piece manufacturing or special solutions. In the preparation work, we use GibbsCAM.

Turning is an important part of the role, but not the entirety of the job. When needed, you will also work broadly with service, corrective and preventive maintenance in production, as well as manufacturing parts and components for both production and our own machines.

If you have knowledge in areas such as mechanics, milling, welding, or grinding, it is highly meritorious. Our maintenance department encompasses many techniques and methods, and we value breadth. The position is a direct employment with Ruukki.Who are you?You are a practical problem solver with a technical heart. You enjoy understanding how things work and thrive when you can take responsibility, think independently, and solve problems hands-on.
