About the position

In the role of Technician/Return Receiver in Rental, you are responsible for preparing and ensuring that all machines at the depot are ready for rental. You will be part of a dedicated team and work closely with our internal salespeople and the Site Manager to continuously manage machines during customer handover and return. You will be responsible for performing service, cleaning, minor repairs, and delivery of products.

A selection of upcoming tasks:

Perform check-in and check-out in accordance with processes, digital tools, and applicable working methods
Perform service, cleaning, and minor repairs.
Touch up machines and make minor paint improvements.
Deliver and receive transports.
Strive for continuous improvements and actively seek the best working methods to ensure a smooth rental process for our customers
Support workshop/product managers with any machine faults and ensure these are resolved as quickly as possible.
Provide minor support in the field as needed.
Perform any required deliveries of products.

You will be based at our depot in Helsingborg and report to the site manager.

Your background:

Previous experience in performing service and minor repairs on construction and earth-moving machines and/or similar products
High school education in technology or vehicles. Alternatively, you have documented competence in the same area
Documented experience in customer interaction and customer relations

Requirements:

You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as documentation and instructions are available in both languages.

It is advantageous for the role if you have a BE-CE driving license, YKB, professional certificate for vehicle-mounted cranes, crane experience, forklift license for counterbalance forklift, and can handle construction machines. Familiarity with working on green space machines, chainsaws, or similar products.

Experience as a return receiver is a plus.
