Willhem is looking for an Operations Technician

Do you want to be an active part of driving Willhem Helsingborg's operational optimization and energy efficiency? Do you have knowledge and interest in operations and want to make a difference? Then you might be our new colleague. Willhem Helsingborg currently has about 2,500 apartments spread across several districts, including Ödåkra, Påarp, Hasslarp, as well as in central Helsingborg and Söder/Högaborg. As part of the Helsingborg team, you will be welcomed by a wonderful group of colleagues with various roles within management.

About the position

As an operations technician with us in Helsingborg, you play a key role in ensuring stable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient operations of our properties. You work closely with both property managers and caretakers and are involved in developing our property portfolio from an operational and energy perspective. The role combines practical fieldwork with analysis, coordination, and some administration.

Your main responsibilities include:

·        Ensuring optimal operation of district heating plants, heat pump systems, ventilation, and solar power systems

·        Monitoring, optimizing, and patrolling technical systems, as well as planning and performing maintenance

·        Managing alarms, troubleshooting, and ensuring that faults are rectified in heating and ventilation systems

·        Working with control and regulation systems, as well as operational monitoring via BMS

·        Performing measurements, adjustments, and follow-up of operational and energy parameters

·        Supporting and developing caretakers in operational technology through guidance and knowledge sharing

·        Collaborating with property managers, operations engineers, and external suppliers

·        Ordering and following up on repairs, as well as managing documentation and invoice controls

·        Contributing to energy optimization issues, regulatory matters, and deviation management

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have several years of practical experience in the HVAC or property industry and a basic understanding of the building's energy balance and technical systems. You understand both flow diagrams and drawings and have good computer skills. You may currently work as an operations technician or have a background as a plumbing or ventilation technician, control/regulation technician, or electrician and want to develop and work in a varied and broader role. Vocational training in operations, energy, and property technology is advantageous but not a requirement. A driver's license (B) is a requirement as you will primarily work out in our dispersed property portfolio.

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work. You are solution-oriented with a high sense of service and have the ability to plan and prioritize your workday. To thrive at Willhem, we believe you enjoy taking significant personal responsibility. You are driven and appreciate being part of a team that works together towards common goals but are also comfortable working independently.

Our offer

At Willhem, you will be welcomed to an innovative housing company characterized by a forward-thinking and helpful culture. You will have significant influence in a changing environment with short decision-making paths. You will be part of a team with engaged colleagues and leaders who work for a pleasant, inclusive, and sustainable work environment where joy and laughter are part of the daily culture. We have long-term ambitions for both customers, properties, and employees. We care about your health and well-being by offering benefits such as wellness hours and a generous wellness allowance, as well as professional development and regular team-building activities.

Application:

Welcome with your application via https://jobb.willhem.se (https://jobb.willhem.se/) by February 1st. If you have questions about the position, please contact property manager Jens Stålhandske at email: [email protected]. Selection will take place on an ongoing basis, and employment may occur before the application deadline, so do not wait to apply. Before an employment offer, a background check will be conducted, including legal and financial background.
