We are looking for an experienced systems specialist who can support the management and handling of the property management system Unit4 Property Management (UPM), focusing on process flows related to rental administration. The assignment is linked to an ongoing system change from UPM to Pigello and involves relieving the current system manager in daily tasks while contributing specialist knowledge regarding UPM's structure and working methods.

• Manage and support the administration of the property management system UPM
• Ensure and support process flows within rental administration and leasing
• Relieve and collaborate with the current system manager in ongoing work and questions from the business
• Provide specialist support related to UPM's database, structure, and nomenclature

• At least 8 years of experience with very good knowledge of the property management system UPM, including database and system structure
• At least 8 years of experience with very good knowledge of property management system nomenclature
• At least 8 years of experience with very good knowledge of the leasing process
• Experience from at least two municipal companies

• Good knowledge of documentation and process descriptions
• Experience in leading training sessions
• Knowledge of the structure and functionality of the property management system Pigello
