Kvarteret Trädgården is located in central Falkenberg. Here we work according to a new concept where different operations will work closely together to create security and high-quality care for the residents.

We are now looking for you who want to be part of this operation. Together you and your colleagues will work with different working methods in the operations that exist in the quarter: a special accommodation with 45 apartments, 27 apartments in need-tested accommodation, and 37 security apartments. There are also three day activities in the quarter.

This is how we work:

1. You work for everyone living in the quarter, regardless of the form of accommodation. All employees will have a workplace as a starting point but will also regularly work within other operations in the area. This working method requires flexibility from everyone working in the quarter.
2. The staffing in the quarter is adapted according to the needs of the operation and is based on full-time as the norm. For example, our night shifts are not ten hours as in other operations. As it stands now, the night shifts will instead be 8.75 hours. Evening shifts extend until 11:00 PM.
3. We want to think innovatively and test different solutions. We work with welfare technology, among other things, security will be created through digital supervision.
4. We work according to a rehabilitative approach. We will support users in doing as much as they can themselves. This requires patience and a listening working method.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main tasks are care work and delegated medical tasks. As part of the daily work, you will work in Intraphone, which is part of our planning and documentation system.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained care assistant and can present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare that you have the right to use the title. If you are waiting for your certificate, you need to be able to show that you have an approved care assistant education and that you have applied for and are waiting for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

We are looking for you with great respect for fellow human beings and who wants to be part of our operation. You are attentive and engaged in a way that creates opportunities and conditions for the users you meet. You are responsible and a clear communicator. You should have a good ability to see the whole and the context while being able to consider the individual needs of people. It is of great importance that you have good cooperation skills.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

As of July 1, 2023, care assistant is a protected professional title. This means that a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare will be required to use the title care assistant in health and social care.
