Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a trained nursing assistant interested in a planner position at Gustavsfält's home care service.

As a nursing assistant, you will primarily work with daily care and support, performing approved services for our clients. The position also includes evening and weekend shifts.

In the role of planner, you will carry out needs-based administrative work as well as ongoing interventions. You will collaborate with other professionals, such as nurses, rehabilitation teams, and case managers, to meet the needs of clients. The assignment also includes planning daily staffing and managing unplanned absences.

You will be responsible for planning approved interventions for our clients in our planning tool, as well as using several other system tools. As a planner, you will actively participate in networks with other planners within home care.

The position is a permanent employment as a nursing assistant with a fixed-term assignment as a planner for two years.

Your Qualifications

To support the operations, we are now looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and are also interested in the planner assignment in the unit. You have worked in home care and through your experiences understand the prerequisites needed for planning. Previous experience in some form of intervention planning is required. Experience in resource planning is an advantage.

You have good computer skills and knowledge of systems such as Heroma and Intraphone. Knowledge and interest in operational economics and digitalization are desirable.

To thrive in the role of nursing assistant with planning responsibilities, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle unplanned events with good organizational and planning skills. You balance orderliness and the ability to see the big picture with flexibility and humility. As a person, you are accommodating and attentive to those you collaborate with and have the ability to create trust, security, and engagement among clients, staff, and partners. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing and enjoy working in a role with many contact points.

You need to have a driver's license to perform your work. You also need to be able to cycle, as a bicycle is used for client visits in the local area.
