About the part-time job as event staff

As event staff at Malmömässan, you will be an important part of the visitor's experience. You will work with various tasks depending on the fair, such as:

• Staffing the cloakroom and entrance
• Checking tickets and visitors
• Being a host or hostess and providing service
• Assisting with practical tasks during the fair

Work shifts vary from one day to several days. Most fairs take place on weekdays, but some may extend over weekends.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a person who is passionate about service and has a positive attitude. You are social, communicative, and enjoy meeting people in an international environment. The role requires you to be flexible, solution-oriented, and able to maintain order even when there are many visitors at the same time.

We would like you to have:

• Another main occupation of at least 50%, e.g., studies at a university or college
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experience in service - e.g., retail, reception, or similar
